Steps to get BBM on Android, iPhone and iPad.

 Step 1:  Download the BBM App   by visiting www.bbm.com from your phone browser and you will redirected to Play Store for android Phones and App Store for Iphones or  By opening Play store, App Store and search for “BBM.” The official BlackBerry BBM app should be the first hit—it’s a free app.
Click download or install and you’re well on your way to BBM’ing with your besties.

Step 2:Sign up or log in . Sign up for an account or Log in with an existing BBM ID.

       Stage 1: Back up the BlackBerry Data


    • Double Click the BlackBerry desktop manager to open it. Visit Blackberry Site to Download it, if you don't have it installed
    • Click on the "Synchronize"at the left menu option.
    • click "Synchronization,"  in the upper-right Configuration menu.
    • Select "Address Book"in the synchronization menu.
    • Choose "Outlook." If you don't have Outlook on your system, select "Windows Mail."
    • Cick "One way sync from device."
    • Click "Next."
    • Immediately you Click "Finish." You will be redirected to the synchronization screen. Select "Synchronize organizer data." After that, then "Synchronize." Once these is complete, you will see your contacts once you open your Outlook.

    • Start iTunes application.  Once iTunes is running, connect the iPhone to the computer.
    • Select the iPhone icon and "Info" on the right side.
    • select  "Contacts."and "Sync." After that it is complete, you should see your contacts on your iPhone.
